可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体（suPAR）是近年来发现的新型炎症标志物，其反映机体的免疫活化水平，在多种疾病中升高。该文就suPAR的结构及其在疾病诊断、病情监测、预后评估中的研究进展作一综述。

Soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR) is a new type of inflammatory markers discovered in recent years, which reflects the level of immune activation, elevated in a variety of diseases. In this paper, suPAR structure and its research progress in disease diagnosis, disease monitoring, prognosis were reviewed.
