2型糖尿病的发病率及病死率呈明显上升趋势,目前越来越多的研究者认识到免疫系统在2型糖尿病进展中的重要作用,在肥胖症或2型糖尿病患者中CD4 + T淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞增殖发生改变,表现为先天免疫和适应性免疫的异常。在2型糖尿病的进展过程中,炎症和适应性免疫存在异常并相互影响。虽然先前的研究揭示了CD4 + T淋巴细胞在2型糖尿病发病过程中的作用,以及适应性免疫系统对代谢的调节,但是缺乏文献回顾适应性免疫在2型糖尿病发病过程中的相关作用。该文就其相关作用作一综述,以期为2型糖尿病免疫治疗的发展提供新的思路。

The morbidity and mortality rates of type 2 diabetes mellitus tend to significantly elevate. More and more researchers have recognized the important role of the immune system in the progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus. In patients with obesity or type 2 diabetes mellitus, the proliferation of CD4 + T lymphocytes and macrophages has changed, manifested as the abnormalities in the innate and adaptive immunity. Inflammation and adaptive immunity are abnormal and mutually interact during the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Although previous studies have revealed the role of CD4 + T lymphocytes in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and the regulation of adaptive immune system on the metabolism, the role of adaptive immunity in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes has not been investigated. In this article, relevant roles of adaptive immunity were reviewed, aiming to provide novel ideas for the development of immunotherapy for type 2 diabetes mellitus.
