中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NET)是由解聚的染色质和颗粒蛋白组成的网状结构。NET的形成过程被称为中性粒细胞炎性凋亡(NETosis),它被认为是从垂死的中性粒细胞中排出以捕获和杀死病原微生物。NET与肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、肺癌等多种恶性肿瘤密切相关。近年来,大量研究表明,在癌症患者和动物模型中都存在NET。NET促进了肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移以及癌症相关血栓的形成。阻断或破坏NET的形成可抑制肿瘤进展和癌症相关血栓的形成。因此,靶向NET可能是一种新的抗肿瘤治疗方法。该文重点阐述了NET的形成机制及其在肝癌中的作用。深入了解NET在肝癌中的发病机制,为肝癌治疗提供新思路和新方法。

Neutrophil extracellular traps (NET) are reticular structures composed of depolymerized chromatin and granule proteins. The formation process of NET refers to neutrophil inflammatory apoptosis (NETosis), which is thought to be excreted from dying neutrophils to capture and kill pathogenic microorganisms. NET is closely related to many malignant tumors such as liver cancer, gastric cancer, intestinal cancer and lung cancer. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that NET exists in both cancer patients and animal models. NET promotes tumor growth, invasion, metastasis and cancer-related thrombosis. Blocking or disrupting the formation of NET can inhibit tumor progression and cancer-related thrombosis. Therefore, targeting NET may be a new anti-tumor therapy. In this article, the formation mechanism of NET and its role in liver cancer were reviewed, and the role of NET in the pathogenesis of liver cancer was deeply analyzed, aiming to provide new ideas and treatment methods for liver cancer.
