Abstract: With the improvement of modern diagnostic techniques and the level of chemotherapy, the survival rate of patients with leukaemia is constantly increasing and the clinical symptoms of ocular infiltration of leukemia are becoming more and more diverse. Leukemic cells can almost invade all ocular tissues. Mastering the ophthalmic manifestations of leukemia is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. In this article, the ophthalmic manifestations of acute lymphoblastic leukemia including primary （direct） and secondary （indirect） infiltration of leukemic cells were investigated to unravel the underlying pathogenesis.
