Abstract:
Circular RNA (circRNA) is a ubiquitous closed-loop RNA molecule in the transcriptome, which is involved in the progression of many diseases including cancer. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway controls various cellular processes that drive the development of cancer. The abnormal expression of circRNA can promote the occurrence and development of cancer through a variety of specific signaling pathways including the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. In recent years, many studies have shown that the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway-associated circRNA has the potential as a novel biomarker and therapeutic target in lung cancer. In the article, the effect of circRNA related to the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway on lung cancer was reviewed, aiming to provide novel ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
