Abstract:
Wnt signaling pathway is a highly conserved pathway. Abnormal activation of the Wnt signaling pathway is intimately correlated with the incidence and progression of tumors. In recent years, accumulated studies have proven that the proteins related to the abnormally-activated Wnt signaling pathway are expressed in ovarian cancer. In this article, the latest research progress on the ovarian cancer and the Wnt signaling pathway was reviewed, the role of the Wnt signaling pathway in the incidence and progression of ovarian cancer and the potential novel therapeutic targets for ovarian cancer in the in Wnt signaling pathway were summarized, aiming to provide novel ideas for the clinical treatment of ovarian cancer.
