Abstract:
Cardiac amyloidosis(CA) is a rare disease caused by the precipitation of insoluble amyloid proteins in the myocardial extracellular matrix, which can lead to progressive heart failure and various arrhythmias. In this article, the diagnosis and treatment of one case of CA were reported. The patient was mainly manifested as chest distress. After admission, imaging examination, electrocardiogram and echocardiography were highly indicative of CA, which was eventually confirmed by biopsy. This case prompts that clinicians should deepen the understanding of CA, aiming to lower the risk of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
