与NF-κB相关的微RNA对多发性骨髓瘤的影响

Effect of NF-κB-related microRNA in multiple myeloma

  • 摘要: 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)发病率逐年上升, 是血液系统较为常见的肿瘤之一, 目前MM仍不可治愈, 其中复发及耐药是亟需攻克的两大难题。目前已经明确核因子-κB(NF-κB)在MM发病机制中发挥了重要作用, 对MM的发生发展及对MM治疗的耐药性有着重要的临床意义, 微RNA(miR)对肿瘤的增殖、凋亡等有重要作用, 是近年来的研究热点。随着研究的深入, 学者们发现MM中多种miR与NF-κB具有相互调节作用。该文主要阐述了与NF-κB相关的miR对MM发病机制及治疗的影响。

     

    Abstract: The incidence of multiple myeloma (MM) has been increasing year by year, which is one of the common tumors in the blood system. At present, MM is still an incurable disease. MM recurrence and drug resistance are urgently to be resolved. Currently, nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) has been proven to play a critical role in the pathogenesis of MM and have clinical significance for the occurrence and development of MM and drug resistance. MicroRNA (miR) plays an important role in tumor proliferation and apoptosis, which has become a research hotspot in recent years. Along with in-depth investigation, scholars have demonstrated that multiple miR and NF-κB exert mutually regulatory effect in MM. In this article, the effect of NF-κB-related miR upon the pathogenesis and treatment of MM was illustrated.
