代谢组学在原发性胆汁性胆管炎中的研究进展

Research progress on metabonomics in primary biliary cholangitis

  • 摘要: 原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)是一种病因与发病机制尚未明确的疾病。近几年,通过研究PBC患者代谢物质的改变来寻找其潜在的发病机制和治疗靶点已成为热门。代谢组学通过质谱分析和核磁共振技术对PBC患者的代谢谱进行全面的分析,可以为PBC的诊断和治疗提供帮助。该文综述了近年来代谢组学在PBC中的研究进展,以期为PBC的临床诊断和治疗提供新的思路。

     

    Abstract: Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is a disease with unclear etiology and pathogenesis. In recent years,it has become a hot topic to identify the potential pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of PBC by studying the changes of metabolic substances in PBC patients. Metabonomics are employed to comprehensively analyze the metabolic spectrum of PBC patients through mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance technology,providing assistance for the diagnosis and treatment of PBC. In this article,recent research progress upon metabonomics in PBC was reviewed,aiming to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PBC.
