miR-10b介导乳腺癌转移的机制与靶向治疗

  • 摘要: 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,它的局部浸润和远处转移是目前治疗的难点。微小RNA(miRNA)在癌症中的功能研究,为肿瘤的发生及侵袭转移机制提供了新的思路。目前已研究发现miRNA家族中的miRNA-10b(miR-10b)通过三条通路介导乳腺癌的侵袭和转移。随着miR-10b的分子靶向药物如miR-10b阻断剂、CCN5激活剂、非甾体类抗炎药舒林酸(SS)的不断发现,miR-10b可能成为治疗乳腺癌转移的新靶点。该文就miR-10b在乳腺癌转移中的机制与靶向治疗做一综述。

     

    Abstract: Breast cancer is one of the common malignant cancers in female cancers. Its local invasion and metastasis have been a major difficulty in their treatment. MiRNA in the function of cancer, provides a new way for the tumor invasion and metastasis .Now,study shows that,as a member of miRNA family,miR-10b mediates the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer by three pathways .With some drugs ,such as miR - 10 b blockers, cysteine rich 61 - connective tissue growth factor nephroblastoma - over expressed 5,nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug sulindac (SS) were found, miR - 10 b can be new target for treating breast cancer metastasis.This paper will show miR - 10 b transfer mechanism and targeted therapy in the breast cancer.
