Abstract:
Breast cancer is one of the common malignant cancers in female cancers. Its local invasion and metastasis have been a major difficulty in their treatment. MiRNA in the function of cancer, provides a new way for the tumor invasion and metastasis .Now,study shows that,as a member of miRNA family,miR-10b mediates the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer by three pathways .With some drugs ,such as miR - 10 b blockers, cysteine rich 61 - connective tissue growth factor nephroblastoma - over expressed 5,nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug sulindac (SS) were found, miR - 10 b can be new target for treating breast cancer metastasis. This paper will show miR - 10 b transfer mechanism and targeted therapy in the breast cancer.
