Abstract: Interventional therapy is a minimal invasion method and shows obvious advantage for the treatment of early Avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH). By the endovascular intervention, micro-trauma operation and so on, the drug, mesenchymal stem cells and growth factor etc could be introduced targetedly into the femoral head, thus not only increase the efficacy but also alleviate the general reaction. The paper summarized the research progress of interventional therapy for ANFH and also prospected it’s future, in order to improve the knowledge and master the direction.
