Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical manifestation, pathology and prognosis of primary hepatic carcinoma with lymph nodes metastasis. Methods: Fifty-seven cases of primary hepatic carcinoma with lymph nodes metastasis were set up as a metastatic group, and synchronously fifty cases of primary hepatic carcinoma without lymph nodes metastasis were set up as a non-metastatic group. The clinical manifestation, pathology and prognosis were compared in these two groups. Results and Conclusion:Compare with non-metastatic group, in metastatic group, the clinical manifestation showed non-specificity;the tumors generally were over 5 cm in diameter, the tumor had not completed envelope, and pathology showed more Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade cases. The one year survival rate after operation was lower. It suggested that the lymph nodes metastasis affects the prognosis of primary hepatic carcinom.
