Abstract: Objective：To discuss the curative effect of improved anus dilation operation in the treatment of anus stricture. Method: 2 373 cases of anus stricture were cured by improved anus dilation operation, observe the curative effect of the operation. Result：The time of operation is 30～55 min ,meso-time is 39 min；the process of operation were smoothy in 2340 cases,the volume of blood were more in 33 cases,the operation could be finished smoothy after supplying haemostasis,the total volume of blood was 60～130 mL，meso-volume was 70 mL .After 10～12 months of follow-up visit, there’s no copracrasia cases, relapse anus stricture 8 cases,curing after the second operation, Chapped skin of anus 4 cases,curing after unction. Other 2 361 cases all curing.Conclusion: The anus dilation operation was simple, safe with less volume of blood and have low incidence rate of complication.
