培养箱挥发性有机物含量与胚胎质量及妊娠结局的关系

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)过程中,培养箱挥发性有机物(VOC)含量与胚胎质量、妊娠结局的关系。方法:选择自2010年9—11月于中山大学附属第六医院生殖医学研究中心行IVF-ET的100例105周期助孕患者,测量取卵后第一天(D1)、第二天(D2)、第三天(D3)培养箱的VOC含量,分析其与受精率、胚胎质量及妊娠结局的关系。将行移植的75周期患者分为妊娠组和非妊娠组,比较两组患者的资料。结果:D1、D2、D3的培养箱VOC含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关分析显示培养箱D1 VOC值与受精率在本研究测量范围内无相关性,培养箱总VOC值与卵裂率、胚胎质量、胚胎种植率在本研究测量范围内均无相关性(P>0.05)。妊娠组与非妊娠组患者的年龄、周期数、基础卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、获卵数、受精数和胚胎移植数、D1 VOC值、D2 VOC值、D3 VOC值、总VOC值、日平均VOC值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论:IVF-ET过程中,D1、D2、D3及总VOC含量在本研究测量范围内对胚胎质量、妊娠结局无影响,本中心胚胎室所用的培养箱在VOC方面是安全的。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the relationship between volatile organic compound(VOC) in incubator and embryo quality, pregnant outcome during in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods One hundred and five cycles of 100 patients from September to October 2010 were selected. The VOC level in incubator was measured in the morning on D1, D2, D3 after egg retrieval. Seventy cycles of patients received transfer were divided into two groups according to whether they were pregnant or not. The relationship between VOC level in incubator and embryo quality, pregnant outcome were analyzed. Results There is no significant difference in VOC level among D1, D2, D3. It showed no significant correlation not only between D1 VOC level and fertilization rate, but also between total VOC level and rate of Oocytes cleavage, quality of embryo, implantation rate of embryo transfer(P>0.05). The age, cycles, basic follicle-stimulating hormone level, obtainment of mature oocytes, fertilized number, transferred embryos, D1 VOC level, D2 VOC level, D3 VOC level, total VOC level and average VOC level had no significant difference between pregnant group and non-pregnant group(P>0.05). Conclusions The VOC level which were detected in this study will not harm embryo quality and pregnant outcome. The incubators used in our center are safe to cultivate embryos in VOC part.
