表面等离子体共振技术在外泌体表征鉴定中的研究进展

Research progress in surface plasmon resonance technology in exosome characterization and identification

  • 摘要: 外泌体是一种脂质双分子层膜性囊泡,广泛分布于外周血、唾液、尿液、腹水等多种液体中。外泌体中的多种肿瘤相关基因参与了肿瘤细胞与正常细胞之间的信息交流,以及肿瘤细胞增殖和转移的过程,在肿瘤的发展中起着重要作用,是肿瘤液体活检的潜在生物标志物。近年来,表面等离子体共振技术(SPR)因其灵敏度高、所需样品量少、检测时间短及背景干扰小等诸多优点,被认为在外泌体的表征鉴定中有巨大的应用潜力。该文主要介绍了SPR的基本原理及基于SPR的生物传感平台在外泌体表征鉴定中的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Exosomes are lipid bilayer membrane vesicles that are widely distributed in peripheral blood, saliva, urine, ascites and other fluids. A variety of tumor-related genes in exosomes are involved in the information exchange between cancer cells and normal cells, as well as the process of tumor cell proliferation and metastasis, play an important role in tumor development, and are potential biomarkers for tumor liquid biopsy. In recent years, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is considered to have great application potential in the characterization of exosomes due to its high sensitivity, small sample size required for testing, short detection time and low background interference, etc. In this article, the basic principle of SPR and the application prospect of SPR-based biosensing platform in exosomes characterization were mainly illustrated.
