Abstract: Blood pressure variability is intimately associated with vascular endothelial dysfunction and vascular remodeling, which is a strong predictor of the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications independent of the mean blood pressure.Vascular endothelial cell is one of the target organs of hypertension and vascular endothelial dysfunction is the basis of hypertension and vascular aging, which mainly affects the kidney and leads to renal hemodynamic disorders, intravascular coagulation activation and renal fibrosis. In this article, the correlation between blood pressure variability and renal vascular endothelial dysfunction was reviewed.
