DDR1在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress on DDR1 in digestive system tumors

  • 摘要: 随着生活方式、饮食习惯的改变,消化系统肿瘤已经成为造成癌症相关死亡的重要原因,由于临床症状的非特异性,多数患者在发现病灶时已伴有远处转移,亟待寻找肿瘤早期转移的机制。盘状结构域受体1(DDR1)是一种新型受体酪氨酸激酶,在许多肿瘤中表达异常,并且通过细胞增殖、上皮间质转化、迁移和侵袭等多种机制参与到肿瘤的进展过程。该文就DDR1在消化系统肿瘤中的作用和机制作一综述,以期为其诊治研究提供新的思路。

     

    Abstract: Along with the changes in lifestyle and eating habits, digestive system tumors have become a major cause of cancer-related deaths. Due to the non-specific clinical symptoms, most patients have been complicated with distant metastases when the lesions are detected. It is urgent to unravel the mechanism underlying early tumor metastasis. Discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1) is a novel type of receptor tyrosine kinase, which is abnormally expressed in multiple types of tumors. It is involved in tumor progression through multiple mechanisms, such as cell proliferation, epithelial mesenchymal transformation, migration and invasion, etc. This article reviewed the role and mechanism of DDR1 in digestive system tumors, aiming to provide novel ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
