Recently, it has come to our attention that certain individuals have unlawfully created “websites, QQ accounts, and email addresses” to illegally solicit manuscripts and conduct publishing activities under the name of Journal of New Medicine. Such conduct is a serious violation of relevant laws in China, severely disrupts the normal operations of our editorial office, and significantly damages the public image of our journal. In order to safeguard national laws and social order, as well as the reputation of Journal of New Medicine, we hereby make the following solemn statement:
1. Journal of New Medicine has never entrusted or authorized any agency or individual to conduct manuscript solicitation, editing, or any related activities on its behalf. All articles published in our journal can be found in CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP databases. We have never cooperated with any company to publish supplemental issues.

4. Journal of New Medicine only accepts submissions through its official website. Manuscripts submitted through any other channels will not be accepted.
Any activities involving the unauthorized use of the journal’s name for manuscript solicitation, editing, or publishing constitute criminal acts under Article 266 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and are subject to prosecution for fraud. We will pursue legal action against such violations. Furthermore, according to Article 2 of the “Interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in the Handling of Criminal Fraud Cases”, those who commit fraud against an unspecified majority of people through false information disseminated via SMS, phone calls, the Internet, broadcasting, television, newspapers, or magazines shall be severely punished. We will actively take necessary legal measures and cooperate with relevant judicial authorities to hold violators accountable and protect the legitimate rights and interests of our journal.
We urge all authors to remain vigilant and guard against fraud in order to avoid unnecessary trouble and loss. If you become aware of any illegal activities, please report them to our journal and to the relevant regulatory authorities, such as the National Office Against Pornography and Illegal Publications (shdf.gov.cn).
