Objective: To explore lung function among healthy workers exposure to dust from Fujian province. Methods: Seven hundred and ninty-four healthy workers exposure to dust were involved. Lung function indexes including FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, V50, V25, MMEF and their prediction percentage were tested by German Yege apparatus. The parameter including Age,body height, body weight, employing years were selected for independent variable, lung function indexes for variable. Multiple regression and percentile are used to analyze the lung function reference data. Results: FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, V50 exceed the normal value among 70% workers. Small airway function V25, MMEF reduce slightly among 20% workers. V50, V25, and MMEF decrease among 10% workers. Lung function is negatively related with age and employing years, positively related with height and weight. Lung functions among 80% workers exceed 5-15% than those non-occupational exposures to dust. Conclusion: Prediction data for FEV1/FVC% among the workers exposure to dust should increase 5-10%, other index should increase 5% respectively. Small airway function is the sensitive index among workers exposure to dust.
